This dataset was generated in a study where 3D microvessels and associated endpoints were developed and applied to the comparison of THS 2.2 and 3R4F
We measured the influence of THS 2.2 and 3R4F-conditioned medium on cell viability and apoptosis as part of the systems toxicology application use case of the model. TNFα was also used here as a control.
This dataset includes individual measurements.
