Most of the women are wearing dark dresses and full length white aprons. The women's hats and armbands have the Red Cross insignia. The two women standing on the right end of the third row are wearing white examination robes. The man in the back row is wearing a suit and has both an armband and lapel pin with the Red Cross insignia. The building in the back shows a large entranceway and three windows with wooden shutters; two on the right side of the door and one on the left side.
