High dose level dibutyl phthalate (DBP) exposure of fetal rat testes in vivo inhibits testosterone production (i.e. endocrine disruption). Here, fetal testis mRNA levels were profiled following exposure to a DBP dose level that did not significantly reduce testosterone levels. The goal was to identify the constellation of gene expression changes that do not correlate with endocrine disruption.
体内高剂量邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate, DBP)暴露于胎鼠睾丸,可抑制睾酮生成,此即为内分泌干扰效应。本研究针对暴露于未显著降低睾酮水平的DBP剂量后的胎鼠睾丸开展mRNA表达谱分析,旨在识别出与内分泌干扰效应无关联的基因表达变化特征集合。
