Based on the balanced scorecard, a sustainable development evaluation system with 32 indicators has been established from the aspects of learning and growth of scientific research instrument platform (taking the Institute level public technology center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as the main research object), internal process control, customers and finance. The importance of scientific research instrument platform is evaluated online and offline from 2019 to 2020. 1 indicates that it is very unimportant, 5 means very important. Finally, 627 valid data were obtained, which can be used for correlation research and policy suggestions on the sustainable management and operation of scientific research instrument platform.
