Wrist-worn activity summaries for discriminating a broad self-reported lower-extremity functional-limitation composite: temporal validation in NHANES 2011-2014

This record contains a public analysis reproducibility package supporting a temporal-validation study of wrist-worn activity summaries for discriminating a broad self-reported lower-extremity-related functional-limitation composite in NHANES 2011-2014. The development cohort uses NHANES 2011-2012 and the temporal external-validation cohort uses NHANES 2013-2014. The archive includes compact derived analysis arrays, public NHANES covariate source files, preprocessing and evaluation scripts, model outputs, table source files, sensitivity-analysis outputs and final figure exports. The package is limited to materials needed to inspect the analysis evidence and reproduce the reported numerical results. The source data are public, de-identified NHANES data from the National Center for Health Statistics. No identifiable participant data are included.
