Figure 1: This data set contains Raman, NIR and LDIR spectra of the raw materials of the 3-component model system (hydrobromide salt API, MCC, saccharin) in the format of SPC, FSM and SPC, respectively. The Raman spectra were treated with cosmic ray removal and baseline correction. Figure 2: This dataset contains Raman, NIR and SEM-EDX chemical maps of the 3-component model system. The Raman data was pre-processed with cosmic ray removal and baseline correction and are in the format of SPC. The NIR data is in the format of FSM and the SEM-EDX in the format of DOCX. Figure 4: This data set contains Raman, NIR and LDIR spectra of the raw materials of the pharmaceutical tablet (hydrobromide salt API, MCC, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate) in the format of SPC, FSM and SPC, respectively. The Raman spectra were treated with cosmic ray removal and baseline correction. Figure 5: This dataset contains Raman, NIR and SEM-EDX chemical maps of the pharmaceutical tablet. The Raman data was pre-processed with cosmic ray removal and baseline correction and are in the format of SPC. The NIR data is in the format of FSM and the SEM-EDX in the format of DOCX.
