This photograph illustates the typical topographic rip located next to the saltwater swimming pool at South Curl Curl, NSW. The rip is identifiable in the region of non-breaking waves and deeper water. NOTE: The coastal environment is very dynamic and as a result the strength and position of the rip are subject to change.
