资源简介:
China is the world's largest peanut (arachish pogaeal) exporter and peanut oil consumer. Aflatoxin pollution has seriously restricted the development of China's peanut industry. In the current situation of food security, increasing crop yield while controlling pests and diseases has become a new goal of modern agricultural development. At present, there are few strategies that can satisfy peanut biocontrol and increase production at the same time. In the early stage of this project, an antagonistic Aspergillus flavus strain with growth promotion effect on peanuts was screened, and Penicillium baileys strain was identified and named W2. To analyze the mechanism of how W2 coupling biocontrol and peanut growth promotion is the primary task of developing new environmental protection pesticides. This project intends to identify the active components of W2 metabolites through the method of metabolomics combined with test verification, analyze the effects of W2 on the growth of Aspergillus flavus and peanut by transcriptomic sequencing, and clarify the coupling mechanism of biocontrol and growth promotion of W2 by amplicon sequencing combined with physiological and biochemical analysis. The development of this project provides a microbial resource for the prevention and control of Aspergillus flavus in sustainable agriculture, which has important theoretical value and broad application prospects.
