This study collected rhizosphere soil samples from four potato cultivation systems in major potato-growing regions: bare fallow soil (CK, control), corn-potato rotation soil (R), short-term continuous potato cropping soil (3 years, C3), and long-term continuous potato cropping soil (13 years, C13). The microbial communities in these soils were subsequently analyzed.
