Complex structures of fibrinogen and SfbI-TED wild type or the L112T, or F116Y single mutants were predicted using AlphaFold 3.Fibrinogen is a hexamer composed of two sets of Aα, Bβ, and γ chains. For complex modeling, the sequences corresponding to the coiled-coil region of the fibrinogen heterotrimer were used, focusing on the region containing Lys100 of the Aα chain, which was previously identified as the SfbI TED binding site.Structure predictions were performed using 100 random seeds to sample the conformational space extensively and generate 500 predicted complex structures.
