Specific Aim 1

To identify an immune-system genetic profile associated with disease onset, clinical phenotype and progression in AD and FTLD patients

Specific Aim 2

To identify an inflammatory/autoimmune biochemical signature associated with disease onset, clinical phenotype and progression in AD and FTLD patients

Specific Aim 3

To study the molecular mechanism involved in anti-GluA3 mediated synaptic, cellular and functional dysfunctions leading to neurodegeneration

The present dataset contains the following folders:

Aim1:

gVCF: a folder containing all gVCF files for each sample sequenced

Correspondence: a dataset (excel file) containing sample name, group and corresponding g.vcf file name

Gene selected for panel design: an excel file with the 50 genes included in the NGS panel

RawData-RF2019_variants: an excel file containing results included in an article published in IJMS (Int J Mol Sci. 2024; 25(13):7457. doi: 10.3390/ijms25137457) already openly available in the Zenodo Data Repository at doi: 10.5281/zenodo.11659282.

Aim2:

NTA_file: a folder containing Raw NTA file for each sample (from these files we extracted EV concentration and size)

Anti-GluA3_analyses: a dataset (excel file) containing ID sample, diagnosis, group, Anti-GluA3 values from ELISA assay

Biochemical_analyses_UO1: a dataset (excel file) containing sample, group, Raw NTA File name and MHC-II levels from ELISA assay

Biochemical_analyses_UO2: a dataset (excel file) containing sample, group, cytokine/chemokine (Eotaxin, Eotaxin-3, IFN gamma, IL-1 beta, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IP-10, MCP-1, MIP-1 beta, TARC, TNF alpha and IL-17A) levels from Luminex assay

Aim3: Results from aim 3 have been included in an article published in Brain, Behavior and Immunity (Brain Behav Immun. 2024 May;118:380-397. doi: 10.1016/j.bbi.2024.03.018).

Behaviour: a folder containing datasets and raw data regarding different batches of behavioural analyses

Biochemistry: a folder containing raw data regarding different western blot analyses

Spine_Morphology: a folder containing datasets and raw data regarding spine morphology analyses

Users must clarify how they intend to use data here uploaded and whether the research protocol has been approved by an Ethics committee. Data on unpublished results will be available, under the same restrictions, after publication.
