Compare investor voting with actual vote recommendations from proxy adviser Glass Lewis and synthetic vote recommendations from ISS to get a detailed view into investor support at meetings. Gain insights into the rationale behind votes with over 600 investors rationales. Quickly identify areas of voter dissent at meetings and track support for shareholder proposals using company vote results. Combined with DMI’s database of public company information the Voting data feed offers an easy way to benchmark companies and investors against custom peer groups.

The Investor Voting data feed contains 300M+ votes including 20M+ votes against management. There are 2,400+ investor profiles and 30,000+ funds tracked. The feed includes investor voting from 2012 onward and meeting results from 2014 onward. Although we have some vote results from before these dates, this is not comprehensive and not suitable for aggregation.
