乡村振兴-高标准农田平台数字化管理组件

基于高标准农田建设管理、建后管护、智慧生产等数字化生产与监管的需求，利用GIS、视频网、大数据等技术能力、通过一张图叠加各种图层，在涵盖“田、土、水、路、林、电、技、管”等高标农田数据基础上，实现资金、资产、人员、设备的综合配套监管，以及农田建设统一、精准、高效的数字化管理。

Based on the demands of digital production and supervision for high-standard farmland, including its construction management, post-construction operation and maintenance and smart production, this dataset leverages technical capabilities of technologies including GIS, video monitoring networks and big data. By overlaying various layers on a unified 'single map' and relying on high-standard farmland data covering farmland, soil, water, roads, forests, power facilities, technologies and management, it achieves comprehensive supporting supervision of funds, assets, personnel and equipment, as well as unified, precise and efficient digital management of farmland construction.
