MODERN FUNCTIONS AND PROBLEMS OF DOCUMENTS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the modern functions of documents in Uzbekistan, their role in society and state administration, and their importance in the process of digitization. It also covers the development of the electronic document management system, the information, legal and management functions of documents. The author points out the problems in the current system, including bureaucratic obstacles, insufficient development of technological infrastructure, and shortcomings in the culture of document management. At the end of the article, proposals and recommendations are given to eliminate these problems.
