The graphical abstract desribes the method of obtaining multilayer films and some results including UV-Vis measurements and an SEM image. Figure 6 focuses on the total soluble matter (TSM) and contact angle (CA) measurements of neat chitosan and trilayer chitosan/poly (caprolactone) films with different layer combinations. Figure 11 presents UV-Vis spectra of neat chitosan and trilayer chitosan/poly (caprolactone) films with different layer combinations. All is related to the films that were reviewed for NCN project Preludium, grant no. 24/53/N/ST11/03807.
