Firstly, obtain the required data from 2013 to 2023 through databases such as CSMAR and CNRDS, as well as annual reports of listed companies. Secondly, according to the "Classification of National Economic Industries" and "Classification of High tech Industries (Manufacturing) (2017)" released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, ten industries including "Computer, Communication and Other Electronic Equipment Manufacturing", "Non metallic Mineral Products Industry", "Electrical Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing", "General Equipment Manufacturing", "Pharmaceutical Manufacturing", "Special Equipment Manufacturing", "Chemical Fiber Manufacturing", "Railway, Ship, Aerospace and Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing" and "Chemical Raw Materials and Chemical Products Manufacturing" are recognized as advanced manufacturing industries, and the data obtained in the first step is then screened. Thirdly, exclude listed companies with missing ST, * ST, PT, and key indicators to ensure the completeness and continuity of all company data. Fourth, perform 1% and 99% truncation on continuous variable data to avoid extreme values affecting the research results.
