Global mammary luminal cells gene expression data from C451A-ERα and WT female mice treated by E2 or E2+Pg during 21 days.

We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression in mammary luminal cells C451A-ERα and WT female mice treated by E2 0.01 MG and E2 0.01 MG +Pg 1.5 MG during 21 days. There are 20 luminal cells samples, each from an individual mouse. The samples are from C451A-ERα and WT female mice of 8 week-old from the same genetic background (C57Bl/6N), N=5 for each experimental condition
