FAIRsharing record for: Microbial Resource Research Infrastructure Data Standard
收藏资源简介:
This FAIRsharing record describes: Microbial Resource Research Infrastructure Data Standard is used to describe microorganisms in microbial Biological Resource Centers (mBRCs). The first data standard of this kind was defined in the context of the European MINE project (1992). During the CABRI project, a simpilfied version was designed with the aim of building an integrated catalogue of some European mBRCs. The CABRI standard was completed in 2000 and underwent some minor changes until 2007. It foresees Minimum, Recommeded and Full Data Set (MDS, RDS, FDS) definitions for each of the resource types included in the integrated catalogue. In 2020, the MDS+RDS CABRI standard was taken as reference for the new ISO 21710 standard. Finally, the MIRRI standard was defined in the context of the IS_MIRRI21 EU project starting from the CABRI and ISO 21710 standards.
