Cross-linking mass spectrometry analysis of human BCL7A and BAF47 in presence and absence of nucleosome

Chemical cross-linking coupled to mass spectrometry was used to study the interaction between BCL7A and BAF47 and their respective interactions with nucleosomes. The two proteins were cross-linked with two different concentrations of disuccinimidyl suberate (DSS) in presence and absence of nucleosomes.
