EFFECTIVENESS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

ABSTRACT: Within the works of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training, several readings have discussed the nature of entrepreneurship orientation, measurement, and importance. Others contemplated the connection between enterprise preparing and pioneering expectations. They talked about the capacity of enterprise preparing to urge people to go into business. Little has been done to consider the connection between enterprise preparing and pioneering direction. There exists a positive and noteworthy causal connection between business preparing and different elements of pioneering direction. This investigation adds to filling the hole in the business enterprise writing in two folds. To start with, it is the primary investigation that tends with the impact of enterprise preparing on the pioneering direction as a suitable business system. Second, it considers the causal connection between enterprise preparing and innovative direction in organizations as the most needed such a pioneering experience. At last, Theoretical and administrative ramifications will be examined.
