In experiment "Determination of bacterial Invasion In vitro for investigation of Invasion of Uropathogenic E.coli into Epithelial cells" (Fixed), slides of Epithelial Cells were observed using a Nikon C1 Confocal. Specific dyes were dapi; phalloidin 567. The resulting dataset consists of 27 files: 20 tif, 7 ND2, total 2.1G.
The ND2 files are produced in Nikon NIS Elements 3.22.11 and viewable as 'movies' in NIS Elements (available at http://www.nikoninstruments.com/en_GB/Products/Software/NIS-Elements-Viewer). The TIF files are stills.
