This is bacterial DNA sequenced from the blades micrbiome of the bull kelp Nereocystis luetkeana. Microbiomes were sequenced before and after 10-day incubation of Nereocystis luetkeana in elevated temperature and nitrogen conditions (potential climate change conditions) to asses how these environmental variables affect the taxonomic composition of the microbiome. Bacterial DNA was also sequenced from the surrounding seawater.
