This project investigates bacterial community structure changes during thermophilic composting of agricultural waste with commercial decomposer (containing Aspergillus oryzae) addition. Samples were collected at days 0, 3, 22, 30, and 50, and the V3-V4 region of bacterial 16S rRNA gene was sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
