This dataset consists of data obtained fron 135 healthcare specialists working hybrid or remotely. Following data were obtained: gender, age, seniority, education level, country, as well as assessment of the organizational climate,organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, job satisfaction, work engagement, meaning of work and work–life balance. Organizational culture and leadership effectiveness were measured based on Denison Model,Job satisfaction was measured on the five-item scale called Brief Job Satisfaction Measure proposed by T. Judge et. all,Work engagement was measured using the nine-item questionnaire UWES-9 developed by W. Schaufeli and A. Bakker. The meaning of work was measured using a subscale from the third version of the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire, called Meaning of Work. Work–life balance was tested with a single item (“the demands of my work interfere with my home and family life”) from the General Nordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social Factors at Work.
