A high-quality Brevicoryne brassicae genome at the chromosomal level was constructed using Illumina short reads, PacBio long reads, and high-throughput chromosomal conformation capture (Hi-C) data. The genome was annotated for protein-coding genes, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) genes, and repetitive elements. The genome will offer substantial support for a deeper understanding of B. brassicae and future studies into aphids.
