Identification of REEP6 regulated genes and signaling pathways through RNA sequencing

This study aimed to explore the underlying molecular mechanism of REEP6 in OSCC progression. REEP6 plays a role in cellular ferroptosis. Overall design: The estabilished OSCC cell lines (negative control and REEP6-overexpression) were seeded into 6-well plates and grown overnight. The differentally expressed genes by REEP6 overexpression were screened by RNA sequencing. The transcriptome sequencing studies were performed by deep sequencing, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
