RNAseq data from mouse skin Treg isolated after imiquimod treatment

Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are essential for maintaining immune tolerance in both lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues. We discovered that layilin, a C-type lectin receptor, is predominantly expressed on Tregs in skin. Overall design: Mice were treated for 5 days with tamoxifen to induce Cre recombinase before the start of the treatment. On the last day of tamoxifen treatment, the back skin of the mice were shaved.
