SOLUTION: Damping materials (10) formed by impregnating non-woven fabric of a synthetic fiber with a coating composition for vibration containing 1-50 pts.wt. of at least one saturated fatty acid metal with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a polymer main agent are stuck to each other in a state of being interposed between a surface of a surface veneer sheet (11a) and a rear face of a rear veneer sheet (11b) and/or arbitrary adjacent veneer sheets.
