The first volume is a printed copy of the Report of the Honourable Mr Justice McClemens, Royal Commissioner appointed to inquire into certain matters affecting Callan Park Mental Hospital. It is signed "John K. McClemens, 28th August, 1961". It is the copy sent to the Honourable W.F.
