Whole genome sequences using Illumina HiSeq of samples consisting of 400 pooled females, one sample from each of 6 "Selected" populations of D. melanogaster subjected to 150 generations of experimental evolution on a nutrient-poor larval diet and 6 "Control" populations maintained in parallel on standard larval diet. Samples with names beginning with "SEL" are from Selected populations, those starting with "CTR" are from Control populations. Details in the linked publication.
