Chromatin states in Ly49G2 negative and biallelic sorted NK cells

These data correspond to Data S2 of the associated manuscript, "Binary outcomes of enhancer activity underlie stable random monoallelic expression." The dataset is comprised of an .xlsx file containing ChromHMM-derived 3 state model for cells expressing neither (Ly49G2 DN) or both (Ly49G2 DP) NK cells. The 3 state model was built using methods described in the associated manuscript.
