Expression analysis of Listeria monocytogenes during adaptation in soil

Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in Listeria monocytogenes EGD-e during incubation (0, 15 min, 30 min) in two types of soil extracts (TA, DA). A fifteen chip study using total RNA recovered from a time course analysis (time 0, 15 min, 30 min) of incubation in two types af soil extracts (TA and DA). Three independent cultures of Listeria monocytogenes EGD-e were done. Each chip measures the expression level of 2857 genes from Listeria monocytogenes EGD-e.
