This dataset contains the raw sequencing data and analyzed transcriptome information of Hyalomma marginatum salivary glands. The study aims to identify novel tick vaccine candidate antigens against Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus (CCHFV) by analyzing the sialotranscriptome of Hyalomma marginatum, a known vector of CCHFV. The dataset includes raw RNA sequencing reads, assembled transcripts, and annotated gene expression data. This resource can be used to further investigate tick-host-pathogen interactions and identify potential targets for tick-borne disease control.
