SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF STRENGTHENING COOPERATION BETWEEN INTERNAL AFFAIRS OFFICERS AND JUVENILES
收藏资源简介:
This article is devoted to the study of the socio-psychological factors, barriers, and determinants that influence the process of interaction between internal affairs officers and juvenile delinquents. Based on the analysis of preventive activities carried out by the juvenile inspection units of the Sirdaryo Regional Police Department, the paper examines the psychological constraints arising from professional deformation, emotional burnout, and rigid role stereotyping among law enforcement personnel. The study synthesizes the humanistic principles of adolescent development formulated by leading global researchers and prominent Uzbek psychologists. The author proposes a comprehensive socio-psychological framework aimed at transforming traditional authoritarian approaches into cooperative, rehabilitative dialogues. Practical recommendations are provided for law enforcement agencies to introduce specialized psychological training modules, thereby enhancing the communication culture of preventive staff and reducing juvenile institutional alienation.
