Bacillus paralicheniformis G-1 Genome sequencing and assembly. Bacillus paralicheniformis G-1

This study was done to sequence and compare draft genomes of representative strains of three major genotype groups of dairy Bacillus licheniformis. The genotype groups were determined using Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. This strain is the representative of one of the major genotype groups of B. licheniformis called group G and is distinct from the other groups named group F1 and F2.
