Genome skimming of six Dudleya species for chloroplast genome assembly and annotation

We performed genome skimming on six Dudleya species (Crassulaceae), a genus of succulent plants endemic to western North America, including Channel Island endemics. The data were used to assemble and annotate complete chloroplast genomes, providing resources for comparative genomics, phylogenetic inference, and conservation studies. These plastome assemblies will support future research on systematics and the conservation of threatened Dudleya taxa.
