Number of clusters of lines identified, R2 explained by the first two PCA components, Fst corrected for subpopulation size difference. The Kullback-Leibler divergence and the A matrix correlation test the significance of the difference between the A matrix calculated with all the GBS markers and the A matrix based on the DArT markers. Note that the bootstrap P-value does not compare the values obtained with all DArT markers to the value obtained with all GBS.
