HDF5 file containing data to initialize a 4,425-satellite constellation for a large constellation tracking scenario. Satellite state distributions are parameterized as Gaussian mixture models. Each component contains
- Target ID
- Probability of existence for that target
- Component weight
- Component mean
- Component covariance matrix
- Component sigma points (for use with UKF filter)
- Target time since last update in seconds
- Component linear entropy (for use with AEGIS)
- Component E0 (for use with AEGIS)
