Sim_data

Sim_dat dataset is used to assess concurrent temporal overlap of three cervid species using a null model approach implemented on the rosario R package. The capture events of Mule deer, Elk, and White-tailed deer were gathered in British Columbia, Canada. This dataset is a subset of the SimDeer project (Foster et al. 2020) that represents 85,929 capture events, 51,691 events for Mule deer, 19,395 for Elk, and 14,843 for White-tailed deer. The whole dataset can be accessed freely through the Wildlife Insights platform (https://app.wildlifeinsights.org/explore).
