This series consists of a variety of records relating to the Great Ocean Road Trust and the Great Ocean Road Trust Pty Ltd which were passed to the Secretary of Lands in 1955 as loose records or as bundles enclosed in the Minute Books. Included are such things as the Company Share Certificate Book, a copy of the legal opinion obtained prior to the winding-up of the trust in 1933, copies of Company reports and accounting records and minutes and the Transfer of Land Agreement made with the Government of Victoria in 1936.
