The goal of this study is to investigate the genomic characteristics and biotransformation potential of strain O3, which was exposed to 6:2 FTS under controlled laboratory conditions. The study aims to assemble and analyze the draft genome of strain O3 to understand its genetic basis for degrading and biotransforming PFAS and its potential applications in bioremediation.
