The "Annual Energy Review Database" (AERDB) presents the Energy
Information Administration's longterm historical annual energy
statistics in machine-readable form. The AERDB is produced using the
same database system that produces the data published in the "Annual
Energy Review" (AER). Focused on domestic energy statistics for the
United States, the AERDB provides statistics for every year since
1949. Topical coverage includes the full range of major energy
activities, such as consumption, production, trade, stocks, and prices
for all major energy commodities, includeing fossil fuel and
electricity. The Annual Energy review also includes an historical
perspective on energy use in the U.S. since 1635
