In 10 cm culture dishes, 1 million MKN-45 cells were initially seeded. When the cells reached the logarithmic growth phase, drug treatment was initiated: the experimental groups (MKN_CAA) were treated with 50 μM Catharanthine Sulfate, while the control groups (MKN_0) received an equal volume of solvent. After 48 hours, the culture medium was removed, and cells were washed three times with pre-chilled 1× PBS. Trizol was then added to lyse the cells, and the lysate was collected into 1.5 mL centrifuge tubes for transcriptome sequencing at Novogene. Analysis metadata (Count and FPKM files) are provided for reference.
