对于三相异步电动机,轴承是一个很关键的部件,轴承的性能可以直接影响到电动机的寿命。此外异步电动机的轴承长时间摩擦和磨损后会导致电机不稳定,甚至可能发生故障。因此,在轴承磨损程度达到一定程度时,通过考察三相异步电动机轴承运行稳定性来及时更换轴承,以保证电机运行的稳定性。三相异步电动机轴承运行稳定性与轴承的振动速度和轴承连续运行温度变化有关,采用标准评价方法来判定轴承运行稳定性是否合格。1、数据检测:采用测试仪器AS062(申克)测定异步电动机轴承振动速度,采用测试仪器WZP2-532(安徽天康)测定异步电动机轴承连续运行4小时的温度变化。通过在测试仪器上输入测试参数,包括:三相异步电机型号、轴承型号、测试环境温度、轴承润滑方式、转速、轴瓦直径、径向工作载荷、横向工作载荷,然后开机进行测试。2、数据输出:经过测试,输出轴承水平振动速度、垂直振动速度、轴向振动速度,和轴承起始温度、轴承运行1h温度、轴承运行2h温度、轴承运行3h温度、轴承运行4h温度。3、数据评价:当轴承水平振动速度≤2.3mm/s,垂直振动速度≤2.3mm/s,轴向振动速度≤2.3mm/s,轴承起始温度和稳定运行4小时的稳定均≤80℃时,判定轴承运行稳定性合格;若有任一一项标准未达到,则判定为不合格。
For three-phase asynchronous motors, bearings are a critical component whose performance directly affects the service life of the motor. Moreover, prolonged friction and wear of the bearings in asynchronous motors will lead to motor instability and even potential failures. Therefore, when the wear degree of the bearings reaches a certain level, the operating stability of the three-phase asynchronous motor bearings should be examined to timely replace the bearings, so as to ensure the stable operation of the motor.
The operating stability of three-phase asynchronous motor bearings is related to the vibration velocity of the bearings and the continuous operating temperature changes of the bearings. A standard evaluation method is adopted to determine whether the bearing operating stability is qualified.
1. Data Detection:
The test instrument AS062 (SCHENCK) is used to measure the vibration velocity of the asynchronous motor bearings, and the test instrument WZP2-532 (Anhui Tiankang) is used to measure the temperature changes of the asynchronous motor bearings during 4 hours of continuous operation. Test parameters including three-phase asynchronous motor model, bearing model, test ambient temperature, bearing lubrication method, rotational speed, bearing shell diameter, radial working load, and transverse working load are input into the test instrument, followed by starting the test.
2. Data Output:
After the test, the horizontal vibration velocity, vertical vibration velocity, and axial vibration velocity of the bearings, as well as the initial bearing temperature, bearing temperature after 1 hour of operation, bearing temperature after 2 hours of operation, bearing temperature after 3 hours of operation, and bearing temperature after 4 hours of operation are output.
3. Data Evaluation:
When the horizontal vibration velocity of the bearings ≤ 2.3 mm/s, the vertical vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s, the axial vibration velocity ≤ 2.3 mm/s, and both the initial bearing temperature and the stable temperature after 4 hours of continuous stable operation are ≤ 80 ℃, the bearing operating stability is judged as qualified; if any of the above standards is not met, it is judged as unqualified.
