Meningitis and spinal infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa after CT-guided spinal infections were investigated. Bacterial isolates were recovered from samples and DNA extracted. Sequencing on a MiSeq (2x250bp paired end reads) and cgMLST using Ridom SeqSphere showed that the isolates were identical or presented with 1-3 alleles difference and we concluded that the isolates had a common source.
