The SCOPE-Gradients program is designed to test conceptual and mathematical models of biogeochemical organization across the transition zone between different ecosystems. Photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) data for the Gradients 4 cruise (November 18th – December 15, 2021) were acquired through the use of a Biospherical QSR 2150A aboard the research vessel R/V Thompson.
