Opinion of AI use in maps and navigation systems in Italy 2018

In 2018, the majority of Italian online shoppers had a positive opinion of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in maps and navigation services. While seven in ten individuals welcomed the use of AI in these services, 29 percent were indifferent to it. Only three percent of respondents had a negative opinion on the use of AI, mostly due to privacy concerns.
