运算结果数据为个人日常所需要的营养元素。
此结果用于反向计算定量营养元素所对应的菜品量,以不同标准人(儿童、特殊营养需求等人群)在堂食饮食选择上,进行推荐指定菜品的摄取量和已摄取的某些食物类别的过量及差量的一种指引,最终使得个人当餐摄入营养达到均衡的目的。数据计算以个人日营养元素所需摄入量为基础,通过建立不同标准人(幼儿、青少年、老年及特殊营养需求人)所需要的营养素为条件,
计算前提为标准人所对应的每种所需要的定量元素,在对应菜品中所含的量,以及在该量下此菜品中又所含的其它营养元素量综合计算,如按此运算方式,总会计算出最后一菜为了满足前一个要求计算出的营养,必然会导致其它营养成分的过量计算,所以在此计算结果不变的情况下,产生了当前的算法——既线性规划算法。
例:
用户id 为1973的用户,
在当前数据记录中用户存于本系统内的特定需求o_zt(用户特定需求码) 0无特殊需求,那么就默认为此用户为标准成年人男性(u_xb=1)用户,再查询此用此前一周(start_time5往前一周)如一周内没有数据,则按标准计算,如有摄入数据,则按营养周均衡摄入结果均衡折算后为需求,运算好每一种营养的需求摄入量(字段7-字段50),用于用户聚餐提示摄取量。
The operational results refer to the daily required nutrients for an individual.
This result is applied to reversely calculate the portion of dishes corresponding to quantitative nutritional elements, and provide guidance for recommending the intake of specified dishes as well as the excess or deficit of certain consumed food categories, for different standard reference individuals (e.g., children, people with special nutritional needs) when selecting dine-in meals, with the ultimate goal of helping individuals achieve balanced nutrient intake in their current meal.
The data calculation is based on an individual's daily recommended nutrient intake, taking the required nutrients for different standard reference individuals (infants, adolescents, the elderly, and people with special nutritional needs) as the prerequisite conditions. The calculation premise includes the quantity of each required quantitative nutrient for the standard reference individual, the content of this nutrient in the corresponding dish, and the content of other nutrients in the dish at this portion, for comprehensive computation. If this calculation method is adopted, it will invariably be found that the final dish formulated to meet the nutritional requirements derived from prior calculations will inevitably lead to overestimation of other nutritional components. Therefore, under the constraint of maintaining consistent calculation results, the current algorithm—namely the linear programming algorithm—is developed.
Example:
For a user with User ID 1973:
In the current data record, the user's specific requirement code o_zt stored in the system is 0, indicating no special needs, so this user is defaulted as a standard adult male (u_xb=1). Then query the user's intake data from the previous week (one week prior to start_time5). If there is no intake data within this week, the calculation is based on the standard reference value; if there is intake data, convert it to the daily required intake based on the balanced weekly nutrient intake result, then calculate the required intake of each nutrient (fields 7 to 50) for the purpose of reminding the user of appropriate intake during group meals.
