These are inspirational guidelines for writing professional career narratives in the EUR Development cycle for academics. These guidelines provide additional support for those undergoing this process. This is part of adopting narratives within EUR for academic staff and in the context of Recognition & Rewards (R&R). This tool is useful before or during Development conversations or in other processes where narratives are being requested such as grant funding applications and promotions.
