This study proposes that dietary pectin supplementation during gestation can in-crease the relative abundance of vaginal genus Lactobacillus, which was main probiotic in vagina, through regulating intestinal microbes, and decrease the relative abundance of Proteobacteria in colon of newborn piglets.
